INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW WHEN APPLYING FOR ADMISSIONS
The Madina Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) invites applications from qualified applicants for admission to its Undergraduate programmes for the 2018/2019 academic year.
Applicants should take note of the following instructions:
Qualified applicants are advised to carefully read all the relevant information including guidelines and admission requirements for applicants before applying.
The University College runs the following programmes:
Bachelor of Science Business Administration with options in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management;
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Oil & Gas Engineering.
Applicants awaiting Nov/Dec Private WASSCE results could apply. Such applicants are required to indicate their WASSCE index numbers and subjects on the on-line application forms.
The Madina Institute of Science & Technology is affiliated to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), and the University for Development Studies; all applications will therefore be considered based on results requirements by its affiliate institutions and also as provided by National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) and National Accreditation Board.
All programmes are done on Regular/Morning Session/Weekend Session.
Applications must be completed on-line upon purchase of ON-LINE SERIAL NUMBERS (OSN) at Ecobank or paying online via Visa or Master Card.
1. Visit the nearest Ecobank branch and purchase the MIST Online E-Voucher. The Cost of the Online E-Voucher is GHC 100.00. Foreign Students can directly pay using Visa or Master Card.
2. By Clicking on Apply Online, enter the purchased OSN as your PIN and click login.
3. Start filling Application Form.All fields marked * cannot be left blank. They MUST be filled.
4. In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their most recent passport size photographs with white background
Applicants are advised to be careful of any persons or group of persons who may approach them under the pretext of assisting them gain admission for a fee.
